About Lisa
I have always loved music and to move. As a child I started out my life of dance with various styles including Ballet, Jazz, Irish, Highland, Stage and even a little bit of Spanish. Even though I no longer do any of those forms of dance, once a mover always a mover.
I have a passion to continue to learn more about how I can feel better in body, mind, emotions and spirit through movement and expression. I love to teach and share this knowledge with others. I love to see people make discoveries about themselves and learn what it is like to be happy, healthy, vibrant and appreciate the gift of our body!
Certifications and training experience:
While I have completed all of this training over the years, I am not actively offering all of these services. I love to learn and feel that everything finds a way into what I teach and that makes it a more well rounded experience for everyone.
